PURPOSE:To promptly determine the shortest route for a network by adding the shortest route information to a carrying object and determining the respective shortest routes from a repeating node and a forwarding source node to each forwarding destination node, etc., through a route. CONSTITUTION:In a forwarding source node 10 of a virtual network, a header part, to which a forwarding source node name and a forwarding destination node name are added, is created, branch information to indicate a connecting destination node name and the distance between the node 10 and a connecting destination node is added to the header part for each connecting destination node, the added result is made into route searching data, and the data are transmitted to each node connected to the forwarding source node 10 in a passing route. In each repeating node 11, branch information to indicate the connecting destination node name and the distance between the node 11 and the connecting destination node is added to the route searching data to be inputted for each connecting destination node, the added result is made into route searching data, and the data are transmitted to each node connected to the repeating node 11 in the passing route. In a forwarding destination node 12, the shortest route is determined out of the route searching data to be inputted. Thus, the shortest route can be promptly determined in the virtual network. |
