PURPOSE:To instantaneously measure the state of torque load changing and to hold a stable measuring accuracy by rotating a stepping motor and detecting a change of winding current generated in each phase with a coil winding. CONSTITUTION:When a driving circuit 12 of a motor is actuated by an AC power source, a winding current is generated in output terminals (a) to (d) and common terminals (e) and (f) in each phase 1 to 4 of a coil wound on an iron core of the 4-phase PM type stepping motor 11. Because of a flow of this winding current in a measuring part 13 connected through fine resistor 16, probes (detecting terminal) of an oscilloscope, not shown, are connected respectively to connection terminals g.k.h.l, i.m, j.n. By this connection, the stepping motor 11 generates the winding current, and its fluctuation is instantaneously detected by the oscilloscope as the change of an output current detected from the measuring part. Here the output current change (waveform) detected at this time serves as the instantaneous torque fluctuation. |
