PURPOSE:To quickly and surely investigate the neutralization of a concrete from the ground by forming a cutting hole on the pipe wall in the manner of the remote operation with a cutting device from the inside of an existing buried pipeline on the ground. CONSTITUTION:A truck 1 is made to self-travel with the remote operation to the investigating position in the existing buried pipe 7, next, a cylinder 4 is extended and the tip of a cutting cone 2 is brought to contact with the concrete surface with pressing, then the cutting hole 8 in the cone shape is formed with the rotation made by a driving device 3. Next, a water is injected from a nozzle 5 for cleaning the cutting hole 8 and a solution for deciding the neutralization is injected from the nozzle 5 in succession. The truck 1 is made to move so that a telecamera 6 is located just under the cutting cone 8, and by this telecamera 6, a picture for the color condition shown on the cutting cone 8 is transmitted to the ground, whereby a depth of the neutralization for the piping concrete is measured and the deterioration degree for the concrete is decided. |
