PURPOSE:To enable a thermal head of high gradation to be obtained by preventing printing quality from decreasing due to wiring resistance of an electrode by a method wherein ceramic, metal, etc. which have superconductivity are used as a material for an electrode layer. CONSTITUTION:An electrode layer 3 is formed by printing baking of paste composed of, for instance, each oxide power of Ba, Cu, La, borosilicate glass powder, ethyl cellulose, and terpineol on a surface of an enamel substrate 2 having an enamel layer 1. A resistor layer 4 is formed between the opposed electrode layers 3, 3 by printing baking of paste composed of ruthenium oxide, borosilicate glass, ethyl cellulose, and terpineol. Then, a wear resistant layer 5 is formed by printing baking of paste composed of lead borosilicate glass, ethyl cellulose, and terpineol. |
