PURPOSE:To make variable reproducing speed type voice demodulation associated with no intonation fluctuation by finding an appropriate cutting point of waveforms of voice signals and processing the information by using a storage device. CONSTITUTION:At the time of modulation, digitally-modulated voice signals are written in a memory 8 eight bits by eight bits in parallel by means of an S/P conversion circuit 6. The output of the address counter 9 which designates the writing address of the signals is simultaneously inputted to a memory 27 and the address of the counter 9 is stored simultaneously with the write pulse of the memory 27. At the time of demodulation, coincidence signal pulses are generated by an address coincidence detection circuit 34 and the 2nd pulses are generated from a control signal circuit 33 with an appropriate time lag. Then the 3rd pulses are generated from the circuit 33 with another appropriate time lag. Therefore, the data corresponding to the memory 27 are read out and reproduced voices are not associated with intonation fluctuation and the reproducing speed is made slower. High-speed reproduction is mainly possible by only changing the operation of the circuit 33 at the demodulating time. |
