PURPOSE:To facilitate the removal, by cleaning, of labels stuck on bottles, etc., by using a cleaning solution of pH >=10 containing surface active agent and also containing the sodium salt or potassium salt of at least any of hypobromous acid, bromous acid, and hypochlorous acid. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning solution of >=pH10 containing surface active agent and also containing the sodium salt or potassium salt of at least any of hypobromous acid, bromous acid, and hypochlorous acid is brought into contact with the labels stuck on recycled bottles, etc., at a temp. of room temp. or above for several minutes to several hours. Then, the labels are removed by washing with water. |
