PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor capable of improving the reliability against electromagnetic interference.SOLUTION: A first GND electrode 98, a second GND electrode 99, a third GND electrode 100 and a fourth GND electrode 101 are disposed each of which is positioned adjacent to each of four edge lines on a relay member 94 for placing an outer bottom face of a case mounted with angular velocity sensors. A wiring resistance among a case GND electrode, the first GND electrode 98, the second GND electrode 99, the third GND electrode 100 and the fourth GND electrode 101 is reduced by means of interaction of parallel wirings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
