PURPOSE:To obtain sharp images which are low in fogging and are defectfree by peeling a heat developable color photosensitive material and a pigment fixing material at the heating temp. at the time of a heat development transfer + or -20 deg.C after the heat development transfer. CONSTITUTION:The heat developable color photosensitive material 20 which is subjected to imagewise exposing and is coated with an image forming solvent is superposed on the pigment fixing material 23 and is transported on a heat development transfer section 78 on, for example, a heating drum 80, by which the materials are heated and are subjected to the heat development tranfer. The heat developable color photosensitive material 20 and the pigment fixing material 20 are thereafter peeled in peeling sections 86, 98 provided on the downstream of the heat development transfer section 78 on, for example, the heating drum 80 in continuation therewith. The temp. at the time of this peeling is specified to the temp. at the time of the heat development transfer + or -20 deg.C. The sharp image which are low in fogging and are defectfree are obtd. in this way and the sufficient drying is executed. |
