PURPOSE:To execute a flank grinding and X shape web thinning grinding in good state simultaneously by performing by synchronizing the grindstone turning operation of a grindstone turning plate and a drill delivery operation. CONSTITUTION:After a duel cutting edge drill 1 being subjected to chucking, the drill rotation operation around the drill rotation center axis, the grindstone turning operation of a grindstone turning plate 4, the main body turning operation M4 of the main body 3 equipped with a chucking means chucking the dual cutting edge drill 1 and the drill delivery operation which is the specified feeding along the drill rotation center shaft are synchronously performed and the flank grinding of the dual cutting edge drill and thinning face grinding are performed. Moreover this drill rotation operation, grindstone turning operation, main body turning operation M4 and drill delivery operation are performed by the mechanical synchronous operation by one operation means 6 and also the drill rotation operation is performed via a planetary gear mechanism. |
