PURPOSE: To achieve simplification of a structure and improvement of reliability by adjusting the brake pressure distribution between axles as the specified judging reference according to the valuation of a wheel revolution signal in the slip range lower than the fixing preventing function effective range, in a device in a commercial vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Revolutions NVR, NVL, NHR and NML of respective wheels are continuously measured in a stage 30 after a traveling starting stage 29, and mean values Nv , Nh , an absolute revolution mean values Nm , and the mean wheel revolution differenceΔN are calculated for each wheel. Next, whether the braking requirement Zs is 0 or not is judged. When the braking requirement Zs is 0, it is judged that the revolution has no slip, while, when the braking requirement Zs is not 0, the brake pressure level P is determined from the target in a stage 32, front and rear wheel brake pressures Pv , Ph are calculated according to the brake pressure distribution parameterϕ, the revolution differenceΔN between wheels is found, and the specified adjustment is performed. Therefore, reliability is improved.
