PURPOSE:To increases sound insulation and noise insulating property by using specific copolymer as a material constituting a foam molding, and making it to be a bridged foam of specific foamed structure, and besides, giving specific recession and protrusion to the bridged foam. CONSTITUTION:A foamed molding is manufactured in such a manner that a foam is consisting mainly of composite comprising thermoplastic elastomer of 5-100wt.% of 1,2-butadiene or the like and natural rubber or synthetic rubber of 0-95wt.%, and one surface thereof is at least in recessed and protruded shape, the area ratio of the protruded part and recessed part is 5-95/5-95(%), the height of the protruded part of the foam is 1-90% of the overall thickness of the foam, the number of the protruded parts per 1m<2> of the surface having the protruded parts of the foam is 20 or more, and the continuous air bubble rate is 20-95%. The foam molding has an excellent sound insulating and noise insulation property. |
