PURPOSE:To obtain the title fluff yarn having different color effect of three- dimensional feeling and touch of softness, tension and rigidity by mutually interlacing multifilament and stable of synthetic fiber having different dyeability, winding and collecting the interlaced yarn in an untwisted state. CONSTITUTION:(A) A multifilament component of synthetic fiber (e.g., noncationic dyeable polyester fiber) 1 and (B) a stable component of synthetic fiber (e.g., cation dyeable polyester fiber comprising polyethylene terephthalate copolymerized with 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid dimethyl ester) 2 having different dyeability are fed to a fluid processing nozzle, both the components are mutually interlaced and wound to give fluff yarn having the aimed different color effect, comprising 10-70wt.% based on the total weight of the component A and 30-90wt.% component B and having a collected part 3 prepared by mutually interlacing the components A and B, winding and collecting in an untwisted state. |
