PURPOSE:To simultaneously and integrally press a cellulosic low density mat and a skin material with polyurethane foam by placing a polyethylene nonwoven like hot melt to the single surface of the cellulosic low density mat and preheating said hot melt to sufficiently secure the adhesive force of the polyurethane and the cellulosic low density mat. CONSTITUTION:In bonding a cellulosic low density mat (becoming a molded core material 11) M and a skin material 12 with polyurethane foam, a polyethylene nonwoven like hot melt 15 molted in a preheating process is interposed. By this method, strong bonding can be expected by relatively low pressing force and a resin is infiltrated in the polyurethane foam 14 to prevent the loss of the recoverability of the foam. Therefore, the cellulosic low density mat M and the skin material 12 with polyurethane foam can be easily bonded by simultaneous and integral press molding. |
