PURPOSE:To perform high stabilization of a DC high voltage generator by containing a detecting resistor in a high voltage output bushing, and positively activating effectively a central conductor and a distributed capacity, thereby accelerating the responding speed. CONSTITUTION:A high voltage output terminal 18' is led through a Cockcroft- Walton circuit having a drive capacitor row 14, a smoothing condenser row 15 and a rectifier row 16 and a series protecting resistor 17. A voltage dividing resistor 38 is spirally arranged on the periphery of an axial central conductor 36 of a high voltage output terminal 18', and a distributed capacity is provided between the conductor 36 and the resistor 38. The upper end of the resistor 38 is connected to an upper cover 33 of a high voltage output bushing, and the lower end is connected to a low voltage leading terminal 20. |
