The device comprises (i) 1st inclined plate consisting of upper chute part and lower guide part, (ii) 2nd inclined plate fitted parallel with lower guide part of 1st inclined plate at regular distance, (iii) 3rd inclined plate having incline of 30-50 deg. fitted at regular distance from 2nd inclined plate, (iv) 4th inclined plate fitted parallel with upper chute part of 1st inclined plate at regular distance from 2nd inclined plate to grade mixing material passing between 1st inclined plate and 2nd inclined plate, (v) 5th inclined plate fitted parallel with 3rd inclined plate at regular distance, and (vi) 6th inclined plate fitted parallel with 5th inclined plate to guide the graded mixing material.
