PURPOSE:To provide the title powder coating composition excellent in both low-temperature curability and storage stability. comprising a solid epoxy resin and a specific curing agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) a solid epoxy resin and (B) a curing agent consisting of an addition reaction product prepared by reaction between (1) a polyfunctional epoxy resin, (2) an imidazole compound carrying secondary amino group in its imidazole ring and (3) a polyhydric pheno lic compound.
