PURPOSE: To prepare a solidified capsule without destroying the hermetic sealing and engagement of the capsule by liquefying a mixture containing an ingestible matrix having the melting point within a specific range and an oral administration medicament, filling the resultant liquefied mixture in the capsule, solidifying the mixture and integrating the mixture with the capsule. CONSTITUTION: A flowable mixture containing an orally administrable medicament in an ingestible matrix having a melting point up to 100 deg.C (e.g. carbohydrates, polyalkylene glycols or polyoxyalcohols) is prepared and the resultant mixture is then heated and liquefied. The liquefied mixture is subsequently introduced into an ingestible hollow capsule to substantially completely fill the mixture in the interior of the capsule. The resultant capsule is then hermetically sealed to solidify the mixture in the hermetically sealed capsule. Thereby, a solidified encapsulated product in which the mixture is mutually integrated with the capsule is obtained. Polyethylene glycol having 6,000-10,000 molecular weight alone or a mixture thereof with gelatin or sorbitol or mannitol is preferred as the matrix.
