PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of an effective inner volume, to improve cooling efficiency, and to uniformize frosting by s method wherein the upper part of a vaporizer is mounted to the corner part of a cooling chamber, the lower part thereof is located in a place separate away from a heat insulating wall, and the end part of a drain pan is projected from the end part of the lower part of the vaporizer. CONSTITUTION:Cold air discharged from a cooling fan 17 flows through a louver 22 to the interior of a refrigerating chamber 9. After the cold air cools food placed on a shelf 10, it is sucked from the lower part of a partition wall A20. After the cold air flows through a space part between a drain pan 27 and a lower part 18 of a heat insulating wall 24, it flows through s spreading-toward-end type space 31 between a vaporizer 15 and a side part 19 of the heat insulating wall 24. In this case, since a drain pan 27 has a protrusion part 30 protruded from an end part 29 of a lower part 28 of the vaporizer 15 toward the heat insulating wall 24, air sucked in the vaporizer 15 also flows in the direction of an upper part 26 of the vaporizer 15, and uniformly flows to the suction side of the vaporizer 15. Uniformization of frosting enables improvement of cooling efficiency through prevention of the occurrence of partial choking. Since the cooling fan 17 is mounted above the vaporizer 15, the space of a cooling chamber 14 can be utilized effectively. |
