FIELD: computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Image decoding method includes: obtaining information on internal prediction mode applied to a current block which must be decoded, from a bit stream, wherein internal prediction mode indicates a specific direction from a plurality of directions, wherein specific direction is indicated by one of number dx in horizontal direction and fixed number in vertical direction and a number dy in vertical direction and a fixed number in horizontal direction; obtaining number of adjacent pixels located on one side from left side of current block and upper side of current block; determining one of location of adjacent pixel, located on left side of current block and location of adjacent pixel, located on upper side of current block; when number of adjacent pixels is equal to 1, obtaining prediction values of current block based on adjacent pixel; and when number of adjacent pixels is equal to 2, obtaining prediction value of current pixel based on weighted average adjacent pixels.EFFECT: technical result is improvement of efficiency of decoding video.1 cl, 34 dwg, 5 tbl |
