PURPOSE: To facilitate the preparing of traffic information by providing a data processor for taking out information to be used for a specific purpose on a third storage medium from first and second storage mediums and selecting the information as video information and data information and combining selected information and recording them. CONSTITUTION: Recordings are at first prepared in video cameras 2-5 and these recordings are registered by a video recorder and further information such as mountain path, downward path and so forth can be added to the recordings. A recording device 45 is actuated by a computer system 30 being in a vehicle and adding data are registered and then the route of the vehicle is determined. Moreover, the recording prepared in the vehicle can be built up into an other system. Data from sensors 16, 17, 32 and combined matters among video recordings and positional displays are stored in files and the video files are actuated. Thus, observational information for a specific purpose is provided for customers. |
