PURPOSE: To manufacture a film having a good piercing resistance and deforming recovery by incorporating a base layer and at least one surface layer in the multilayer film, and setting the weight of the base layer to a specific ratio with the total weight of the surface layer as a reference. CONSTITUTION: The multilayer film comprises a base layer A containing an A1 ethylene and an A2 ethylene unsaturated carboxylic acid or a film forming element of its ionomer copolymer, and a front layer B containing an ethylene homopolymer or ethylene and 3-12Cα-olefin copolymer or a film forming element of a blend of the polymer. A weight of the layer A is the multilayer film containing 25 to 75% of total weight of the A and B as a reference. If the multilayer film has two or more layers B, a total weight of the surface layer must be selected to satisfy a weight ratio. The multilayer film most preferably contains the two surface layers B covering both the surfaces of the layer A. The multilayer film has a high piercing resistance and good deforming recovery.
