摘要 PURPOSE:To detect the moving speed of an flying object at an optional position by calculating the moving speed of the flying object in a set direction at a set position from the outputs of a position interval arithmetic part and a movement distance arithmetic part between 1st time and 2nd time. CONSTITUTION:A distance calculated by the movement distance arithmetic part 15 is denoted as L6, which is the movement distance of the flying object which moves in the set direction at the specific position in a period from time T1 to T2. Further, the distance in the set direction between the specific flying object position and set flying object position is indicated and when the values outputted by the position interval arithmetic part 16 at the time T1 and time T2 are denoted as L7-A and L7-B, the axial angles of the flying object at the time T1 and T2 are different from each other. For the purpose, the moving speed arithmetic part 17 calculates a value L8 as the movement distance of the flying object at the set position in the set direction in the period from the time T1 to the time T1 from L8=L6-((L7-A)-(L7-B)). Then S=L8/(T2-T1) is outputted as the moving speed S.
