CONSTITUTION:A low temperature liquefied gas transfer tube 6 is for transferring low temperature liquefied gas from a low temperature liquid tank 1 to a service unit 2 and for returning evaporated gas produced in the service unit 2 to the low temperature liquid tank 1 side. A liquid phase inner tube 3 is formed for transferring low temperature liquefied gas from the low temperature liquid tank 1 to the service unit 2. A gas phase outer tube 4 is formed outside the liquid phase inner tube 3 to return evaporated gas form the service unit 2 to the low temperature liquid tank 1. A vacuum phase tube 5 is formed outside the gas phase outside tube 4 to form a vacuum phase. As a result, thermal loss due to heat entering from outside is reduced and the manufacturing cost is lowered.
