TRANSPLANTER FOR AEROBIC MICROORGANISM

PURPOSE:To increase yield of the objective product and respond to various aerobic microorganisms by determining a transplanting time in respective culture vessels so that the yield in the respective culture vessels may be increased and the total culture time may be shortened according to a change in amounts of microbial cells in the aforementioned culture vessels. CONSTITUTION:The relation between a change in amounts (XA), (XB) and (XC) of microbial cells of aerobic microorganisms and yield of the objective product is determined at a prescribed time interval for each of the culture vessels 1, 2 and 3. The optimum transplanting time for maximizing the final yield of the objective product and shortening the total time required to culture the aerobic microorganisms is determined at the aforementioned prescribed time interval. Prescribed control signals (SA1) and (SA2) are outputted to transplantation valves 4 and 5 at the optimum transplanting time to successively transplant the aerobic microorganisms from a small to a large volumes of the plural culture vessels.
