PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus capable of continuously producing a levee sheet having a suitable dimension by using a mold apparatus wherein upper and lower mold bodies having mold bars parallelly arranged thereto at a constant pitch are mutually meshed and driving at least one mold body in a predetermined direction. CONSTITUTION: A rolled sheet material A made of a synthetic resin is successively sent into a heating chamber 8 through an inlet 11 while properly pressed by a pressing roller 6 to be heated to predetermined temp. by a heater 10 to be softened in a freely moldable state. The heated sheet material A is successively sent into a molding apparatus 13 to be molded into a wavy form. That is, the heated and softened sheet material A is involved in the gap between a pair of upper and lower molded bodies 15, 16 respectively synchronously driven in opposite directions and meshed with upper and lower corresponding molding bars 18 to be successively molded into a wavy shape to form a levee sheet.
