PURPOSE:To surely cut the pipe from a connection part by providing on a frame a holding means traveling abreast a resin composite original pipe at the vicinity position of a connection part and a holding frame with the resin composite original pipe, and an outer layer notch means notching the outer layer component layer in the circumference of a connection member when it is detected by a detecting machine. CONSTITUTION:The body to be detected of the connection part of a resin composite original pipe E is detected by a detecting machine 43 which is installed on the frame 41, 42 provided reciprocatably along the transfer route of a resin composite original pipe E and therein composite original pipe E is held without disturbing its rotation by the holding means 46 provided on the frame 41, 42 based on this detected result. The outerlayer material layer of the resin composite original pipe E is notched by the outer layer notching means 45 provided on the frame 41, 42 while traveling the frame 41, 42 abreast with the resin composite original pipe E. A resin composite pipe F is then separated from the resin composite original pipe E by the separation means 47 provided on the frame. |
