The circuit is for transmitting the power line trip control signal generated by the relay unit using the over head bit type light communication transmitter. The circuit includes a relay set (20) for generating a line state signal by yoperating a directional relay when a line fault occurs, a circuit breaker (30) for breaking the power line, a transmitter (41) for generating and transmitting a second control signal synchronized to the over head bit clock to the adjucent light communication station, a buffer (42) for buffering the first and the second control signal transmitted from the stations, a line error compensator (43), operated by the second control signal to compensate the error of power line, and a relay driver (44) for preventing the trip of circuit breaker of a substation.
