The system for detecting the fermentation state of pickled vegetables consists of the gas callector (2) of funnel shape for collecting the CO2 gas generated in the vessel (1) of pickled vegetables, a bubble generator (4) for generating the bubble by collected gas, a detecting means (5) for detecting the fermentation state of pickled vegetables by the generated bubbles. The bubble generator (4) includes gas outlet (43) for controlling the inner pressure of main body, and connecting tube (3) mounted between the gas collector (2) and the detecting means.
