Hockey stick whose structure is formed by two components, the handle 1 and the blade 2 constructed separately and connected by means of the tenon 3 of one of the components inserted into a cavity in the other component. Both components are formed by the association of a certain number of bi-directional or uni-directional layers of a woven material reinforced with fibres of a stronger material which are bound together by means of a layer of synthetic resin which secures the relative position and the shape of the pieces. The handle 1 is hollow and filled with a mass 6 of a low-density material in order to place the centre of gravity of the device in the appropriate position for its use. The stick allows the static and dynamic forces which must be resisted to be fully compensated for, without risk of breakage, it being possible to work with forces of compression, flexure and torsion without detriment to its functional structure. <IMAGE> |
