The device having an antislip pivot plate with a number of conical projections on the shoe sole, prevents slipping of shoes on icy or snowy roads in winter. The device includes a supporting member (4) having support step (4a), joining groove (11), projection inserting section (4b), end step (4c) and being attached on sole (2) of shoes (1) by the adhesive; an antislip plate (3) having the arranged projections (3a) and pivoting on the member (4); pin (9) for connecting a hole (7) of the plate (3) with a hole (7') of the support body (5); pivot hole (10) of the member (4) having the inserted body (5) and fastened by E ring (8); bulged section (3b) and trapping section (6) of the plate (3) locked and released by the opposite groove (6') of the member (4).
