PURPOSE:To improve running performance by locating first and second fluid resistance members in first and second oil circulating passages and third and fourth fluid resistance members in first and second oil communicating passages, and setting torque transmission characteristics respectively preferable to a normal running period and a differentiate period independently from each other. CONSTITUTION:During normal running, the delivery pressure characteristics, i.e. torque transmission characteristics, of a first hydraulic pump P1 is decided by a third fluid resistance member 90 and the delivery pressure characteristics, i.e. torque transmission characteristics, of a second hydraulic pump P2 is decided by a fourth fluid resistance member 92. During a slip, the delivery pressure, i.e. torque transmission characteristics, of the first hydraulic pump P1 is decided by a first fluid resistance member 87, and the delivery pressure, i.e. torque transmission characteristics, of the second hydraulic pump P2 is decided by a second resistance member 88. Thus, by setting the first - fourth fluid resistance members 87, 88, 90, and 92 in respective preferable shapes, torque distribution during normal running and differential limit characteristics during differential period can be set independently from each other.
