PURPOSE:To improve flawing resistance, dyeability and adhesiveness by incorporating at least a hydroxyl group-contg. polymer and a diazo resin into a photosensitive layer and forming a silicone rubber layer of a silicone rubber compsn. contg. at least organo-polysiloxane and a reactive silane compd. having an isocyanurate group. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer has at least the hydroxyl group-contg. polymer and the diazo resin and the silicone rubber is formed of the silicone rubber compsn. contg. at least the organo-polysiloxane and the reactive silane compd. having the isocyanurate group. A diazo resin, etc., obtd. by bringing a diazo compd. and a diproxyl group-contg. poly(meth)acrylic acid is preferably used as the hydroxyl group-contg. polymer. Linear organo-polysiloxane or the organo-polysiloxane crosslinked to some extent is preferably as the organo- polysiloxane. The improvement in the flawing resistance, the dyeability and the adhesiveness is made in this way. |
