PURPOSE:To continuously discharge cream solder at a high speed by attaching a plunger inserted loosely into a syringe, a positioning part of a needle, and a temperature control means to a fixed quantity discharge device of cream solder. CONSTITUTION:By air pressure controlled by a dispenser controller 4, cream solder 5 is discharged from a needle 3. A temperature controller 8 receives a signal of a platinum temperature sensing element 9, and controls heating of a silicone rubber heater 10. When the cream solder 5 which is put into a syringe 1 is heated by a temperature control means and held at a prescribed temperature, fluidity of the cream solder 5 is improved, and residual gas is exhausted to the upper part from between the inner wall of the syringe 1 and the outside diameter of a plunger 6. When the discharge operation is executed at a high speed, the plunger 6 adheres closely to the upper face of the cream solder 5 and descends, therefore, air pressure of the discharge can always be kept constant. The cream solder 5 lowers viscosity by heating, and also, makes the pressurization face for discharge constant, therefore, continuous high speed discharge can be executed.
