摘要 PURPOSE:To realize highly accurate burning rate control by outputting a burner aperture correcting command signal to a control motor by applying a fuzzy inference to the calculation of a correcting rate for the temperature control of the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate exhaust gas setting temperature is decided by inputting the temperature of heated aggregate discharged from a drum 2 detected by means of an aggregate temperature sensor 9 to the arithmetic section 14 of a burner burning device 11 and inputting the calculated deviation value T of the temperature of the heated aggregate and its variation DELTAT with time to a fuzzy controlling section 15, and then, inferring the correcting rate TU of the exhaust gas setting temperature. The decided setting temperature is set and stored. In addition, the burning rate of a burner 7 is controlled by finding the variation DELTAt with time of the exhaust gas temperature at a prescribed period and outputting a burner aperture correction controlling command signal fuzzily inferred on the basis of a fuzzy set membership function and rule of inference. Therefore, highly accurate burning rate control can be realized and, as a result, the temperature of the heated aggregate can be stabilized.
