PURPOSE:To select an inspection item and its measure by generating and changing display sentence used in a monitor system by an independent sentence generation backup device having the word processor function and displaying the generated sentences. CONSTITUTION:A sentence generation backup device 2 generates and changes display sentences used in a monitor system 1. That is, inspection items 100 to 500 corresponding to estimated causes 1 to 5 are generated in an attribute designation area when estimated causes of generated abnormality items are 1 to 5. In the figure, '=' is the attribute to define the inspection item, and its left indicates the inspection item number, and its right is sentence for selection of yes (Y) or no (N), and 'E' indicates the end of a measure. The monitor system 1 reads in the generated sentences by a sentence read processing part 3 and displays them on the CRT screen of a display input part 6 through a sentence display processing part 5 and indicates inspection items corresponding to estimated causes one by one and allows an operator to select the result by decision of Y or N. |
