PURPOSE:To obtain a vibro-isolating effect both effectively and aternatively by providing such constitution as including an air chamber, closed to perform supply and suction of air from the outside, formed positioned in an opposite side interposing the second flexible film relating to the second balance chamber. CONSTITUTION:The second orifice passage 94 is formed by providing a flow path sectional area larger and a flow path length shorter than the first orifice passage 90, and a resonance frequency of fluid, fluidized in the passage 94, is tuned so as to be increased by a predetermined amount higher than that in the passage 90. Fluidization of the fluid through the passages 90, 94 is generated based on an internal pressure fluctuation, caused between a pressure receiving chamber 48 and the first/second balance chambers 52, 56, in the case of inputting vibration between mounting metal fixtures 10, 12, and a vibro-isolating effect based on resonance action of the fluid, allowed to flow in the inside of these passages 90, 94, is obtained both effectively and aternatively by switching the connection of an atmospheric or negative pressure source 78 relating to air chambers 62, 64 by operating switching valves 72, 76 to alternatively function the passages 90 and 94. |
