PURPOSE:To prevent the dislocation at a lamination operation from being caused by means of a simple method by a method wherein alignment marks are printed in end reference positions of individual raw-material sheets as objects to be laminated and the sheets are laminated in such a way that the alignment marks of the individual raw-material sheets are lined up in vertical lines. CONSTITUTION:At a pattern printing operation after a via formation operation, alignment marks M0 are printed in prescribed reference positions in end parts, e.g. in positions corresponding to reference vias V0, of individual green sheets 1. The positioning marks M0 are formed in such a way that their end edges appear on end edges of the green sheets 1. The alignment marks M0 of the green sheets 1 on which the positioning marks M0 one printed can be seen directly by the naked eye or by means of a magnifying glass from their side faces at a lamination operation. As a result, when the individual green sheets 1 are piled up in such a way that the individual alignment marks M0 at four corners are arranged in straight lines in the vertical direction, the individual green sheets 1 can be laminated in mutually accurate positions. |
