PURPOSE:To enable concentric shapes to be simultaneously blanked from a single sheet and contrive a lower working cost, by setting the outside diameter of one of a pair of a feeding roller and a pressure roller to be not more than the inside diameter of the other. CONSTITUTION:A feeding roller 3 comprises, for example, three roller elements 5 mounted onto a feeding shaft 6, the roller element formed of a compressed product of polyurethane and having a thickness of 3mm, an outside diameter of 20mm and an inside diameter of 15mm. A pressure roller 4 comprises, for example, three roller elements 7 mounted onto a pressure shaft 8, the roller element formed of the same material as above and having a thickness of 3mm, an outside diameter of 15mm and an inside diameter of 8mm. The roller elements 5, 7 are produced by simultaneously blanking three concentric shapes from a single sheet 9 of the compressed product of polyurethane accordingly, material cost and working cost can be reduced. |
