PURPOSE:To provide the composition comprising propylene-ethylene random copolymer, linear low density polyethylene and a foaming agent and having good mechanical properties, excellent secondary processability and heat resistance and useful for automotive interiors, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises (A) 30-80 wt.% of propylene-ethylene random copolymer having an ethylene content of 1.5-6 wt.% (B) 10-60 wt.% of propylene-ethylene random copolymer having an ethylene content of 0.2-10 wt.%, (C) 10-60 wt.% of linear low density polyethylene and (D) a foaming agent in an amount of 1-30 pts. wt. per 100 pts. wt. of the total amount of the components A + B + C. The content of the ethylene units in a mixture of the components A + B is preferably 0.5-4.0 wt.% per 100 wt.% of the mixture.
