PURPOSE:To improve drivability by holding a previous value, when a detected result of a throttle valve opening sensor shows a low throttle valve opening condition, and using the detected result for switching control at the time when the opening condition is continued for a predetermined time or more. CONSTITUTION:When a throttle valve opening is in a low opening condition of predetermined value or less, a throttle valve opening 11 used for speed change control of an automatic transmission 7 is recognized after a prescribed time. In this way, when the throttle valve opening is reset by stepping-on an accelerator pedal 5 immediately relating to its return operation undesired by a driver, the low opening is not recognized, accordingly, decrease of driving power by selecting undesired speed change ratio is prevented to improve drivability. Even in the case where a threshold valve in the speed control is provided with a hysteresis characteristic performing of low opening recognition at predetermined delayed time prevents switching control of a speed reduction ratio to realize stable switching control action effectively using the hysteresis characteristic. |
