PURPOSE:To simplify the configuration of a bag-making/filling machine and improve the processing efficiency by a method wherein in the longitudinal sealing step of the raw material sheet intermittent pull-down process, a zipper tape is intermittently fed by a specified length at a time and inserted between the edges of a twice-folded raw material sheet to carry out heat-sealing. CONSTITUTION:When an intermittent pull-down device 18 is brought in operation with a raw material sheet 8 mounted on the outside of a cylinder 13, the raw material sheet 8 is intermittently sent to a former 9. A zipper tape 4' in engaged state is led between an outer guide 23' through an inner guide 23 and a bracket 24 of the cylinder 13, inserted between the edges of the twice-folded raw material sheet 8, and fuse-bonded to the raw material sheet 8 by a heat sealer 22. At the same time, longitudinal sealing is carried out by upper and bottom longitudinal sealers 14 and 14'.
