摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce a superposition deviation of colors of a color image at low cost by fitting the rotary shaft in the hole of the rotary body and coupling them so that eccentricity with the center of rotation of the rotary shaft and eccentricity with the hole of the rotary body are in nearly 180 deg. opposite directions. CONSTITUTION:A position where the outer peripheral part of the output shaft 51 has maximum deflection when a motor 50 is rotated and a position where the maximum deflecton of the outer peripheral part of a gear 52 is caused when the gear 52 is rotated while a reference shaft having no eccentricity is fitted in the hole 53 are measured by a stylus type displacement gauge previous ly and marks P and Q are provided at the positions. The output shaft 51 and gear 52 are coupled and fixed in an assembly process so that the two marks P and Q are in 180 deg. opposite directions. Consequently, the quantity of eccentric ity with the center of rotation of each rotary body 52 is reduced to eliminate the superposition deviation of colors of the color image. Consequently, the color image of high picture quality having small color slurrying is obtained at low cost.
