The present invention is provided with an air cylinder (11), a coil spring (20), and a braking spring (19). The air cylinder (11) alternately performs an action for applying, to a hook (16) to which an urging force is applied by the coil spring (20), a first drive force in a first direction (D1) that is directed from a holding position to a capturing position, an action for applying a second drive force in a second direction (D2) that is directed from the capturing position to the holding position, and an action for achieving the state in which the urging force is applied to the hook (16) without applying a drive force. The coil spring (20), which is provided separately from the air cylinder (11), applies, in the first direction (D1), an urging force that is smaller than the second drive force to the hook (16). The braking spring (19) limits the movement of the hook (16) in the first direction (D1) with the drive force not applied and the urging force applied in the release position, and applies, in the second direction, a braking force that causes the hook (16) to pass in the first direction (D1) with the first drive force and the urging force being applied. |
