PURPOSE:To make a molded body to be obtained by curing is made superior in acoustic properties, by making use of expansible resin particles for thermosetting resin at a ratio within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a cured body superior in heat resistance is obtained, thermosetting resol type phenolic resin is preferable and from a view point where curing of prepreg can be performed at a low temperature in a short time, melamine resin is preferable as thermosetting resin A. Expansible thermoplastic resin particles where a substance which is resin particles having expansibility and is at least gas at a curing temperature of the prepreg is filled within them are preferable in expansible resin particles B and the prepreg of a mixture of the resin A and expansible resin particles B. A mixture ratio between the resin A and expansible resin particles B is made into the 3-30 pts.wt. expansible resin particles ordinarily on the basis of the 100 pts.wt. resin A and a ratio of a closed cell of a cured body to be obtained by infiltrating this compounding material into a fiber base C is made into 10-60%.
