PURPOSE:To carry out stable wiring of feeder cable in a column by passing a pulley for which the feeder cable for lighting is provided on the inside of the column, or a sliding part that has the same function as the pulley, and whereby wiring in the column. CONSTITUTION:A feeder cable 11 is wired from a fixed point 12 through a pulley 10 to an elevating point 13. Namely, one or a plurality of pulley(s) 10 is provided in a column, and the feeder cable 11 is wired in such a way that the cable is extended from the fixed part 12 on the ground through these pulleyes 10 to a lighting apparatus 4 that is on the top of an elevating column, while the pulley 10 is moved up and down at a fixed rate determined by the route of the wiring, according to the elevation/lowering of the column. The pulley 10 or a driving part that has the same function as the pulley 10 gives tension to the feeder cable 11 according to the elevation/lowering of columns 1-3, and the feeder cable 11 will not be loosened, and stable wiring can be carried out in the column. |
