PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a single card to be used highly conveniently.SOLUTION: Since a writing device is configured to be capable of writing card information 10 on a first card into an unused region 9 of a storage region, it is possible to write card information 10 on a card for another card system into the unused region 9 of a card for one card system, authenticate the availability of the card, and use the authenticated card, thereby allowing a highly convenient single card to be used for a plurality of card systems.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
