PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transfer efficiency of a bus transfer device.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a bus transfer device 30 including a read data transfer path 44 that can transfer read data with n-bit width at the maximum. When the total value of bit width of first and second read data corresponding respectively to first and second transactions is n-bit or less, the bus transfer device 30 can transfer data RDATA in which both pieces of read data are integrated and first transaction identification information RID1 and second transaction identification information RID2 simultaneously via the read data transfer path 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
