CONSTITUTION:This is a grinder flaw removing method with the feature of executing a grinder maintenance prior to forging so that the polishing direction by a grinder becomes in the parallel direction to the elongating direction in the case of deformation, in the case of forging a near alpha type titanium alloy at a transformation point or bellow, and it is possible to improve more the yield in the hot working of a near alpha type titanium alloy whose availability is increasing in various fields, by making a grinder flaw removing direction parallel to the elongating direction in the case of working.
