PURPOSE: To provide a power transmission member capable of being easily removed from a shaft for replacement by forming power transmission sections each provided with a central hub having the shape and size to surround a shaft, and providing fixing tools for connecting the power transmission sections together. CONSTITUTION: Sprocket halves 14, 16 are arranged around a drive shaft and fastened together in use, and a sprocket 10 is fixed to the drive shaft. The sprocket halves 14, 16 are provided with a pair of fastener sleeves 38, 40 on both sides of a hub section 28 to extend diagonally through main body sections 20, 22. The fastener sleeves 38, 40 are hollow, and hollow interiors 42 are arranged nearly coaxially when the end sections 18 on the diameter of the sprocket halves 14, 16 are contacted together. A pair of fixing tools are inserted into a corresponding set of fastener sleeves 38, 40, and the sprocket halves 14, 16 are fastened.
