PURPOSE: To provide a device which can determine additional physiological parameters which cannot be accessed thus far with desired precision in addition to more accurate and speedier spectrogram and measures and displays physiological parameters of a blood stream in the above-mentioned type of conduit. CONSTITUTION: Speed is obtained from a first unit 300 which measures speed V (t, z) irrespective of a frequency of ultrasonic waves which use a blood stream flow rate Q (t), and z is the depth of the inspection. In the same way, two related speeds V1 (t, z) and V2 (t, z) in the radial direction of the displacement of a wall part of a blood vessel are measured by a second measuring unit 500. After that, instantaneous displacementΔr (t) in the radial direction of a blood vessel is measured by two space integrators 606, 607 and time integrators 608, 609 and is displayed at least during one heart cycle to compare a function Q (t) withΔr (t). |
